The Women of Trinity Episcopal Church in Ft. Worth are hosting a truffle-making class for their “Lunch & Learn.” Each participant will learn about cacao – where it’s grown, how it’s grown, and how it’s turned into the chocolate we know & love. PLUS, we’ll do a quick tasting to learn REAL chocolate (& what’s NOT!). Then, everyone will roll 6 milk chocolate truffles in various toppings (& take home what they don’t eat on-site).
