Join us for a 2-hour truffle-making class! We demonstrate recipes, show participants how to roll truffles and dip them in tempered chocolate, then decorate each truffle to taste. It is truly a tasteful art. Each person goes home with a dozen handcrafted truffles. All materials are provided: aprons, food-handling gloves, chocolates. Light refreshments served.
