A beautiful Tiffany blue color with splashes of gold on the outside. “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” is filled with a Tequila Sunrise-inspired filling — Because what do you see at breakfast…a gorgeous sunrise! — pomegranate pate de fruit (aka “gel”) and an orange flavored white chocolate ganache spiked with tequila, in a dark chocolate shell.
Bonbons are molded chocolates. They get their fun colors from Colored Cocoa Butter that is painted into the mold first – either via airbrush, paint brush, or even finger painting.
