PRIVATE Truffle-making Class for the Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders
Join us as we learn about where/how cacao is grown and how it’s turned into the chocolate we know & love. We’ll follow this with a chocolate tasting to learn the difference between fine chocolate (and what’s NOT chocolate). Then, you’ll have the opportunity to roll 6 milk chocolate truffles in your choice of a variety of toppings (almonds, pecans, cocoa powder, coconut, sprinkles) to take home & share (or not!) with friends & family (or eat while on-site). Food handlers gloves, boxes, snacks & beverages provided. There will also be additional chocolates available for purchase from The Touring Chocolatier.
