Truffle-making Class
–
May 17, 2022Join us for a hands-on truffle-making class. You'll enjoy chocolate education, a chocolate tasting, and then get to roll, dip & decorate a dozen of your very own truffles (2-3 flavors) to take home. You'll take home basic recipes & tempering information. You're welcome to bring your own (alcoholic) beverages.
We need a min. of 6 participants for the class; maximum of 10. (If we don't reach 6 participants, we will reschedule your class.) Min. age for participation: 13. Registration closes 72 hrs. prior to class time.
“The Fine Print:” Due to the nature of the prep work involved for each person’s class, NO REFUNDS are available. If you cannot attend the class you originally registered for, the registration IS transferable to another person. (Please notify me as far ahead of time as possible that someone will be taking your place.) OR you can have another person attending the class make your truffles for you & take them to you.
