Kathy is bringing the wines, so we'll have a good selection to pair!! We need a min. of 6 participants for the class; maximum of 10. (If we don't reach 6 participants, we will reschedule your class.) Min. age for participation: 21. Registration closes 72 hrs. prior to class time. “The Fine Print:” Due to the nature of the prep work involved for each person’s class, NO REFUNDS are available. If you cannot attend the class you originally registered for, the registration IS transferable to another person. 6:45 pm: PRIVATE Truffle-making Class6:45 pm: PRIVATE Truffle-making Class – PRIVATE Truffle-making class for friends of SHELBY BLACK Join us for a hands-on truffle-making class. You'll enjoy chocolate education, a chocolate tasting, and then get to roll, dip & decorate a dozen of your very own truffles (2-3 flavors) to take home. You'll take home basic recipes & tempering information. You're welcome to bring your own (alcoholic) beverages. We need a min. of 6 participants for the class; maximum of 10. (If we don't reach 6 participants, we will reschedule your class.) Min. age for participation: 13.
