Join us for a fun 2-hour Truffle-making class! This is a PRIVATE EVENT for residents of the PECAN SQUARE COMMUNITY.

Learn where & how cacao is grown, & how it's turned into the chocolate we know & love. You'll also get to test your tastebuds with a variety of chocolates while your truffles set up.

We'll observe a truffle-making demo, and then you'll roll, dip & decorate up to 3 different flavors of truffles. Each participant will go home with a dozen handcrafted truffles to enjoy (or give away).

Feel free to bring your own beverages.

Seating is limited to 16, so please sign up early. Registration will close on 9/18 at 5:00p.

Please note the following: if you have food allergies (milk, soy, nuts, gluten), this is probably not the class for you, unless you plan to give away everything you make. (Seriously, if you cannot TOUCH these items due to health concerns, there will be future chocolate tastings you can enjoy!) Also, no refunds will be given due to the amount of prep work involved (unless the class is canceled by The Touring Chocolatier) . If you cannot attend for any reason, you can transfer your registration to another person or have another person attending make your truffles for you.
