6:30 pm: Truffle-making Class6:30 pm: Truffle-making Class – JOIN US for a fun evening learning about chocolate! You'll learn where/how cacao is grown, how it's turned into chocolate, and experience a chocolate tasting. Then, you'll have the opportunity to roll, dip & decorate a dozen truffles (2-3 flavors) and go home with as many as you don't eat while in class! 10:30 am: Create Your Own Bar Event10:30 am: Create Your Own Bar Event – This is a FAMILY EVENT! We'll have both MILK and DARK chocolate bar options available...We'll pour the chocolate into the moulds, YOU choose the toppings to add! During the 10-15 minutes it takes to set the chocolate, browse the shoppe, purchase a popsicle, or just enjoy being with family. Reservations are not required but ARE RECOMMENDED, as the day tends to get busy, so there may be a waiting line. LAST FAMILY WILL BE SERVED AT 3:00p so that we have time to clean up at the end of the day. |
