February 7, 2024(1 event) 6:30 pm: PRIVATE Truffle-making class – PRIVATE Truffle-making Class for the Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders Join us as we learn about where/how cacao is grown and how it's turned into the chocolate we know & love. We'll follow this with a chocolate tasting to learn the difference between fine chocolate (and what's NOT chocolate). Then, you'll have the opportunity to roll 6 milk chocolate truffles in your choice of a variety of toppings (almonds, pecans, cocoa powder, coconut, sprinkles) to take home & share (or not!) with friends & family (or eat while on-site). Food handlers gloves, boxes, snacks & beverages provided. There will also be additional chocolates available for purchase from The Touring Chocolatier in time for Valentine's Day. February 8, 2024(1 event) 6:30 pm: PRIVATE Wine/Chocolate Pairing – PRIVATE Wine/Chocolate Pairing for residents of Timberbrook HOA. Join us for a fun evening of pairing CHOCOLATE with WINE! We'll review where/how cacao is grown & how it's turned into the chocolate we know & love. Taste fine chocolate step-by-step. Pair four (4) wines with different chocolates for each wine. There will also be an opportunity to purchase chocolates from The Touring Chocolatier - in time for Valentine's Day. Must be 21+. Due to the amount of prep work involved, no refunds are available. February 10, 2024(1 event) 6:00 pm: Fellowship of the Parks Couples Event – Join us for a fun evening of making CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES just in time for Valentine's Day! Learn where/how cacao is grown & how it's turned into the chocolate we know & love. Taste fine chocolates. Each couple will roll 12 milk chocolate truffles in their choice of toppings & take home to share (or not!) with family & friends (or eat on-site).
