Join us for a fun-filled 2-hour class of making chocolate truffles. Learn the difference between real chocolate & confectionery coating. Learn the basics of tempering. Best of all? You get to take home your creations!
Roll, dip & decorate a dozen truffles & take them home in a Valentine’s Day tin. (You don’t have to wait until Feb. 14 to eat them!)
Aprons, food handlers gloves, instructions & containers provided. $40/person. Min. age 13.
