The Touring Chocolatier is an artisanal chocolate and gift shoppe specializing in gourmet chocolates, experiences,  specialty chocolate “finds” and unique giftables. We set ourselves apart by bringing people together to educate them about chocolate and to enjoy fine chocolate, made right in our own production facility. Having toured various cacao-producing countries and developed relationships with bean-to-bar chocolate makers, The Touring Chocolatier shares our passion and knowledge with our clientele through tastings and hands-on chocolate-making classes.

    PRIVATE Truffle-making Class for the Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders

    Join us as we learn about where/how cacao is grown and how it's turned into the chocolate we know & love. We'll follow this with a chocolate tasting to learn the difference between fine chocolate (and what's NOT chocolate). Then, you'll have the opportunity to roll 6 milk chocolate truffles in your choice of a variety of toppings (almonds, pecans, cocoa powder, coconut, sprinkles) to take home & share (or not!) with friends & family (or eat while on-site). Food handlers gloves, boxes, snacks & beverages provided. There will also be additional chocolates available for purchase from The Touring Chocolatier in time for Valentine's Day.

    PRIVATE Wine/Chocolate Pairing for residents of Timberbrook HOA.   Join us for a fun evening of pairing CHOCOLATE with WINE! We'll review where/how cacao is grown & how it's turned into the chocolate we know & love. Taste fine chocolate step-by-step. Pair four (4) wines with different chocolates for each wine. There will also be an opportunity to purchase chocolates from The Touring Chocolatier - in time for Valentine's Day.  Must be 21+. Due to the amount of prep work involved, no refunds are available.
