KESSHO – Japanese company that recently relocated to Austin, Texas (met them at the Dallas Chocolate Fest in 2024).
These are all from makers of “bean-to-bar” chocolates. I have either been to their factory or farm, or worked on their farm (in Maui), or met the grower/maker at the Fancy Food Show or at Farmers Markets throughout our travels.
