You'll enjoy chocolate education, a chocolate tasting, and then get to roll, dip & decorate a dozen of your very own truffles (2-3 flavors) to take home. You'll take home basic recipes & tempering information. You're welcome to bring your own (alcoholic) beverages. We need 10 participants for the class. (If we don't reach 10 participants, we will reschedule the class.) Min. age for participation: 13. Registration closes 72 hrs. prior to class time. “The Fine Print:” Due to the nature of the prep work involved for each person’s class, NO REFUNDS are available. If you cannot attend the class you originally registered for, the registration IS transferable to another person. This class is specifically designed for Ages 9-13, with a Halloween theme. Each child will be making a variety of treats such as: Hot Cocoa Bombs, chocolate-covered Rice Krispie Treats, and Truffles. We need 10 participants for the class. (If we don't reach 10 participants, we will reschedule the class.) Children MUST be between the ages of 9-12 in order to participate.
