Truffle-making Class open to anyone aged 15+. Learn about cacao – where/how it’s grown, how it’s turned into chocolate. We’ll experience a tasting (find out the difference between fine chocolate & what’s not chocolate), and then roll, dip & decorate a dozen decadent truffles to take home (or eat on-site — your choice!). Classes are not intended for those with food allergies. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED A MIN. OF 72 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS TIME. CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 10 PARTICIPANTS. Long pants & closed-toed shoes are REQUIRED. Due to the amount of prep work involved, no refunds are available; however, tickets are transferable.
