Join us for a 2-hour truffle-making class!

You'll have 3 flavors of truffles to roll, dip & decorate & go home with a dozen truffles (minus what you might eat in class!). One truffle flavor will be rolled in either nuts or cocoa powder, another flavor in milk chocolate, and the third flavor in dark chocolate.

We'll talk about where/how cacao is grown & how it is made into chocolate (and why high quality chocolate is expensive), and you'll get to taste a variety of chocolates.

BYO wine or other beverage. (Water is provided)

Aprons, food handling gloves, containers for your creations are provided.

COVID-19 precautions: If you are feeling sick or exhibiting COVID symptoms, please do not attend. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, feel free to do so; however, a mask is not required.

Payment is due when reservation is made. Due to the amount of prep work involved, no refunds are available; however, you may transfer your registration to another individual if you can't attend at the last minute or have a friend make your truffles for you & take them home for you.
