February 23, 2025(2 events) 1:00 pm: Truffle-making Class1:00 pm – 3:00 pm JOIN US for a fun time learning about chocolate! You'll learn where/how cacao is grown, how it's turned into chocolate, and experience a chocolate tasting. Then, you'll have the opportunity to roll, dip & decorate a dozen truffles (2-3 flavors) and go home with as many as you don't eat while in class! Due to the prep work involved, no refunds are available. All attendees are REQUIRED to wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
